Police defending abusive anti-Russian inscription near Russian consulate in Kharkov

Blue and yellow abusive inscription appeared near to the consulate of Russia in eastern Ukraine's Kharkov. It reads "Entrance for Putin's asslickers".
The inscription appeared near vehicles entrance to the Russian consulate.
As reported by 1+1 TV channel (Ukraine) "the police encircled the insription so it is not wiped".
