IMPORTANT: Turkey's involvement into transferring ISIS terroritsts to Syria was confirmed in the USA (DOCUMENT)

The American military experts have analyzed private data of almost 5 thousand foreigners who had joined ISIS* to fight in Syria and have received very interesting results.
It’s no longer a secret that allied relationships between Turkey and its NATO allies are in dire straits.
Despite NATO commandment is doing its best to keep everything under the carpet the “leaks” still happen. Such “leaks” become most notable when they occure in NATO leader’s thinktank.
Not so long ago Combating Terrorism Center of West-Point military academy published the report titled “The Caliphate’s Global Workforce: An Inside Look At The Islamic State’s Foreign Fighter Paper Trail”.
The document shows how military experts analyzed personal data of more than 4.6 thousand foreign citizens who had joined ISIS.
The story of how the documents got into NBC reporters’hands from ISIS deserter is famous enough and has been well covered by the media so there’s no need in repeating it.
But military experts dug ISIS serets way more deep that the journalists. Found and prooved “turkish trace” sparks special interest.
The analysis showed that over the past two years main part of ISIS fighters had crossed Syrian border from the side of Turkey which constitutes 93 percent from all the cases of border crossing by the terrorists. These are Это пункты border control point Tal Abyad, Jarabulus, Ar-Ra’i, Azaz, Atimah (Atmeh) and another one border checkpoint in Latakia governorate.
The authors conclude that Turkey is main transshipment base and terminal for terrorists and that just a small part of them come through Iraq or Lebanon. Besides evacuation of the wounded and ill, treatment and rehabilitation occure in Turkey.
There is data on the so called facilitators i.e. middlemen who help transferring fighters to Syria. Their names and number of terrorists transferred by them are indicated in the table below.
Turkey keeps up with direct deliveries of “cannon fodder” — 212 men of all “examined” fighters (who came from 70 countries) were Turkish citizens.
Another big “suppkiers” were Saudi Arabia — 579, Tunisia — 559, Morocco — 240, Egypt — 151, China — 138, Syria — 120 и Azerbaijan— 107. It’s sad to admit but there are more than 140 Russian citizens among terrorists.
Besides the aforementioned data the American analysts have studied other personal information about the ISIS fighters including their marital status, former occupation (profession), educational level, work record (incl. combat experience), Sharia knowledge, military skills and specializations. On the ground of this analysis the following categories of mercenaries have been separated: Islamists-fanatics, Khilafat's true-believers and the followers of other Islamic brands who adopted extremist views.
10 percent of the new-comers have an extremist experience mostly in Syria, Lybia and Afganistan and 12 percent declared their readinss to become shakhids.
Many of those who came over to ISIS have earlier been members of “Jabhat an-Nusra”* terror group.
Taking into account personal data of the new-comers ISIS commanders try to allocate them according to their skills depending on educational background, profession and military record. So it looks like today’s ISIS “top-management” considers mistakes made in Iraq in 2006–2008 when “recruits” received no such attention.
The document of 46 pages contains much more interesting information but it is not the main thing. The mere fact that the American Combatting Terrorism Centre published teh report speaks for itself. It says that Turkey’s sharp practice of ISIS aiding and contribution to radical islamists spreading in Middle East is recognised by the US at the level of experts.
The experience has shown that after experts’ conslusions there will be politics’ actions.
