According to reliable sources, junta representatives, deputies Evgeniy Heller and Vadim Novinsky are on their way to Luhansk. Their objective is to meet the people’s mayor Bolotov, find out his «sensitive points» and to bribe him with the huge amount of money the Kiev hustlers were provided with. Terms of the deal: condicting presidential elections on May 25 in Luhansk, plus Naumenko, puppet of Avakov, should retain his post as Chief Police Officer.
