Mr. Turchinov

• self-appointed interim head of state
• self-proclaimed head of the executive branch of power
• is an actively practicing Power Evangelism pastor for «Slovo Zhizni» («Holy Words giving life») group of Faith Movement which is frequently disguised as a protestantism sub-branch but according to Orthodox and Catholic theologists, has nothing to do with what is considered a more-or-less legitimate canonical protestantism.

Mr. Yatsenyuk

• self-proclaimed prime-minister
• sees himself as a possible future head of the executive branch of power
• has been related to the so-called «Church of Scientology», one of the most powerful quasi-religious groups in the world, attending their premises with his sister, a regular member, who also happens to be their employee in the United States.

Mr. Yarema

• believes himself to operate as a «first deputy» to someone performing the prime-minister duties.
• has been related to the world of crime and bribes while active during 90s in the capacity of a serviceman within the Ministry of Interior.
• got personally involved in criminal activities during the past winter events as he attacked and severely hurt an active duty policeman.

Mr. Sych

• believes himself to operate as a «deputy» to someone performing the prime-minister duties.
• has been a member of «Svoboda» («Liberty») ultra-nationalist party considered by the European Parliament to be a complete outcast due to its inability to discuss and/or achieve any mid-ground consensus.

• has a record of forceful pressure applied against his opponents as he gave orders to send out violent messages chasing and abusing members of opposition in Vinnyce city
• compulsory secondary education has been Mr. Grojsman’s maximum achievement

• believes himself to be a minister in charge of agriculture sector policies
• has been a member of «Svoboda» («Liberty») ultra-nationalist party considered by the European Parliament to be a complete outcast due to its inability to discuss and/or achieve any mid-ground consensus.

• believes himself to be a minister in charge of infrastructure
• old comrade of Mr. Yatsenyuk, brought his numerous friends and relatives into the «Batikivschina» headquarters where he managed to get a power-wielding post.
• well-known criminal authority covering Chernovtsy market

Mr. Prodan

• believes himself to be a minister in charge of energy
• his last name has a meaning of «sold-off» in Slavic languages
• organised the criminally-prosecuted «Kiev-Energo» corruption scheme
• actively lobbied «Privat-Group’s» interests in natural gas matters
• one of the key persons responsible for Ukraine’s natural gas debt with Russia

Ms. Denisova

• believes herself to be a minister in charge of social policies (pensions, transfers etc.)
• prosecuted for large-scale corruption schemes, theft-by-illegal-privatisation
• widely known to have built substantial wealth via corrupt alliances
• no citizen of common sense would have agreed to this person’s looking after the social support policies, pensions, support transfers, etc. as nobody believes in her ability to defend the populace and fight to sustain budgets appropriately.

Mr. Shlapak

NEO-LIBERALISM IN THIS CONTEXT IS AN APPROACH TO ECONOMICS AND SOCIAL STUDIES IN WHICH CONTROL OF ECONOMIC FACTORS IS SHIFTED FROM THE PUBLIC SECTOR TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR VIA GOVERNMENT’S FOCUSING ON BROADENING THE TAX BASE, REDUCING ALL OUTFLOWS SUCH AS SUBSIDIES, GIVE UP CONTROL OF FX RATES, OPEN MARKETS TO ALLOW FOREIGN CAPITAL, LIMIT PROTECTIONISM, MAXIMISE PRIVATE PROPERTY AND OTHERWISE BACK ALL DEREGULATION OF ECONOMY.
NEOLIBERALISM WORKS WELL TO PROMOTE COMPETITION IN SCENARIOS WHERE ALL TRADING PARTNERS OWN MORE-OR-LESS EQUALLY-VALUED KNOW-HOW, TECHNOLOGIES, RESOURCES, AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES.
IN SCENARIOS WHERE THAT IS NOT THE CASE, NEOLIBERALISM LEADS TO RICH PARTNERS GROWING RICHER, AND POOR PARTNERS GROWING INDEFINITELY MORE POOR.

• WE ESTIMATE THAT MR. SHEREMETA IS DEEMED TO BE A USEFUL CONDUCTOR OF IMF’S POLICIES AIMED AT TURNING UKRAINE’S ALREADY VERY WEAK ECONOMY WITH POOR POPULACE INTO A MORE DESTITUTE AND MORE EASILY-MANAGEABLE TERRITORY.
