The army’s active involvement into the «anti-terrorist» operation is against the law, said Adam Martynyuk to the «112 Ukraina» TV channel. «I have to declare it’s illegal. At the very worst armed forces can participate in the ATO but that is restricted to encircling and blocking the area only; under no circumstances can they be a part of belligerent actions»- said the deputy who is a member of Communist Party of Ukraine.
