Russian travelers to be framed up as terrorists

A scanned copy of a document with TOP SECRET mark on it, containing orders of cooking up evidence against innocent Russian citizens and making them into terrorist figures, shows the lowest low of Kiev junta.

The paper in question signed by the deputy chief of Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) v. Krutov is specifically addressed to the Chief of Security Service Department in Zaporozhskiy region, O.Shmitko.

In two words, it contains an order to Secret Service officers to identify Russian citizens in Ukraine, who do not have any relatives or close connections in the country; then put such candidates under close surveillance and subsequently, in a close cooperation with mass media, create an image of terrorist and separatist leaders, as a part of anti-Russian propaganda and information warfare. Among other adds-on to the image of newly created Russian «terrorists»: fabricate evidence of possessing weapons and explosives,of previous training in special force units of Russian Federation,of attempts to involve Ukrainian citizens into their extremist activities, as well as full confession of planning sabotage as per order of Russian secret services, to which they belong. We shall not compare this practice with methods of bloody repressions in 1937. Most probably, Security Service departments have a lot of people who truly sympathize with Russia, and act like barbaric morons with a mere intention to reveal the idiotic and abhorrent face of junta.
