..And the military engineering vehicle goes to....self- defense forces of Kramatorsk!

DPR Army acquired two combat mobility vehicles (CMV) from Kramatorsk. The machinery has been expropriated and taken from the plant NKMZ to the unknown destination, allegedly it can be Slavyansk right now.

The official announcement of the plant management is very simple: «Guys are volunteering, collecting scrap metal. The machinery made over twenty years ago was nonoperative and hence meant for scrapping. They loaded the CMVs onto the conveyor and took them away.»

However, Ukrainian junta spies voiced a different version of events, according to which on April 26 a group of armed militants came to the factory to inspect the machines. After they left, people in the workshops were working non-stop, and by May 14 a pile of good old Soviet metal rose as a dangerous war phoenix.

Military experts have already pointed out that effective protection of the city depends on the ability to quickly build and, if necessary, dismantle mobile barricades. CMV-2 serves the purpose ideally. Expert use of this technology will transform Slavyansk into a fortress.

Combat mobility vehicle is an army vehicle designed for making roads in the conditions of irregular terrain, forest and urban roadblocks, as well as for excavation and backfilling of pits. Was put into service in 1969. Operating requires two people — a driver and an operator.
