Petr Poroshenko has presented his peace plan about adjustment of a situation in the East Ukraine
During his first official trip to Donbass, Petr Poroshenko, Ukrainian President, has presented his peace plan about adjustment of a situation in the Eastern regions.
The plan consists of 15 points. It provides guaranties of security for all negotiating participants, remission from criminal responsibility for those who surrender their arms and who are not responsible for any grave crime and hostages discharge.

The plan provides the withdrawal of all illegal armed groups, the making of a guaranteed corridor for withdrawal of Russian and Ukrainian hired servants and a general disarmament.
In addition the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to form within its structure a subdivision for the combined patrolling.
According to the plan, the administrative buildings in Donetsk and Lugansk regions that were illegally occupied must be surrendered.
Among the steps to be taken are renewal of local government work, renewal of central television and broadcasting services in Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
There are some steps suggested in the plans about decentralization of State authority (executive committee elections, Russian language protection, project about changes in the Constitution).
The candidates of the regional government administrations heads will be endorsed by Donbass representatives.
