Crimean Tatar public organizations "Kyrym birligi" ("Crimean unity") and "Milli Farka" ("People’s Party") entered into a cooperation agreement, said the Chairman of the "Kyrym birligi", Mr. Seitumer Nimatullahi. That act was informally greeted by the possible new Prime-Minister of Turkey, its current Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Davut-oglu, who is the ethnic Tatar of the Crimea origin.

Seitumer Nimatullahi said that the idea of cooperation emerged after prolonged interaction between organizations. It showed that together Crimean Tatar NGOs can do more for arrangement and development of their people. Nimatullahi believes that essential needs of Crimean Tatars can be met only in cooperation with the authorities of the Crimea and Russia.

"Today there are two public organizations, and we together will go toward the same goal — to all Crimean peoples feel comfortable, had all the rights and comply with them," - said the chairman of the "Kyrym birligi".

Organizations will jointly participate in the elections to the State Council of the Crimea on September, 14.

In the future they intend to achieve recognition of the Crimean Tatars as an indigenous people of Crimea and the quota of 20 percent for them in the state bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Enver Umerov, who is a chairman of the board of the organization "Milli Farka", stressed that the concluded agreement may be joined by other organizations.

- We are pleased that today we have an opportunity to show by example to all other organizations possible solutions to our common problems,- said Umerov.

Presentation of the joint regional public organization "Kyrym birligi" was held on June, 11.

Seitumer Nimatullahi who used to be the head of the administration of Henichesk district (in Herson region of Ukraine), also became the chairman of the "Crimean unity". He is well-known for his Pro-Russian stance.

The co-chair is ex — Vice Prime Minister of Crimea Aziz Abdullayev. The board also includes Gulliver Altin, who is a founder of the Crimean historical museum "Larishes" , and the Crimean Tatar entrepreneurs Rustem Nimatullahi and Fikret Memetov.

Political party "Milli Farka" was recreated in the Crimea a few years ago, also in order to counter the "anti-popular course" of the so-called "Majlis of the Crimean Tatar People", led by the odious Mustafa Jemilev and Refat Chubarov, who reached nothing in recognition of the rights of Crimean Tatars during last 23 years when the peninsula was a part of Ukraine.

"Milli Farka" initially positioned its ideology as the Eurasian one and supported the inclusion of the Crimea into Russian Federation.

The agreement about the Association of the Crimean Tatar political movements was achieved in one of Simferopol restaurants with a Crimean Tatar cuisine during iftar — the breaking of the Muslim Fast on July, 25. The iftar was organized with the support of the Government of Crimea and personally of the Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov.

Previously the best known because of the support from the side of the Ukrainian authorities and Western funds, Crimean Tatar organization "Majlis" ("Assembly") also played for the national quota in the government of new Russian Crimea. However, its members went on about those who are not configured to dialogue with the Russian authorities and expelled from its ranks all those who disagree with the Pro-Western and anti-Russian policy of the incumbent leadership of the organization.

Actually "Majlis" leaders are accused of corruption, mal-functioning all the years of the organization existence and of cooperation with extremist groupings.

Also they are charged in some hard criminal issues such as killing famous Crimean Tatar activist Jury Osmanov and another one, namely Fevzi Edem, who was killed by Haiseri, the son of Mustafa Jemilev.

The last one, being the member of the Ukrainian Parlament and supporting the fascist coup in Kyev, now is approved by the Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko as a "Comissioner" for Crimean Tatars in Ukraine.

It's worth of mentioning that after the re-inclusion of the Crimea into Russia, its federal authorities recognised a specail status of Crimean Tatars as minority oppressed by Stalin's regime and stated their special rights for educational quotas, state bodies representation, lands ownship and business preferences. Nothing of this kind Crimean Tatars had found before, while the Crimea was under the Kyev rule.
