Militants make juvie to fight | Русская весна

Militants are taking desperate steps to fill their ranks in the Idlib de-escalation zone. According to eyewitnesses, the so-called «Idlib Provincial Salvation Government», controlled by Turkish security services, has announced another forced mobilization.

This structure was established by the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham* and allegedly performs administrative, civil and judicial functions in militant-controlled territory of Idlib. Being a fake governance, it is not at all independent in its decision-making and fully serves the interests of the terrorists. Covering with the decree on mobilization issued by the «Government», the militants kidnaped 15-year-old boys under the age of majority. This is reported by a source in the social network Facebook.

In order to achieve their goals and provide maximum psychological impact on people, terrorists distribute leaflets with the text of the «Decree» and carry out propaganda on the radio and the Internet. To intimidate the population, rumours are spreading that «Assad forces» have been ordered to exterminate and expel all civilians from Idlib province. A special propaganda unit, the Information Committee, coordinates these activities.

In an effort to ensure that gangs that have been heavily beaten up by government forces are further staffed, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s security services are carrying out mass arrests and forcibly transporting recruits to training camps where Turkish instructors train militants for the illegal military formations. They conduct intensive combat training courses with a focus on shooting and subversion. New recruits are also trained in the basics of intelligence and combat operations by small groups in populated areas.

Thus, the militants are actively building up their combat capabilities, which is evidence of their plans to intensify fighting in the Idlib de-escalation zone without hesitation in using «underage» fighters.
