And everything became clear all of a sudden. According to experts' opinion, there is a high probability that the person in disguise is suffering from hydrocephalus and intracranial pressure. This man is very sick. The symptoms are obvious and can be seen on the video.

The most characteristic feature of hydrocephalus is the outpacing growth in head circumference, resulting in a visually well-defined hydrocephalic skull shape, significantly larger in volume than usual.
