Russian citizens were kidnapped by Ukrainian secret services in Chertkovo

Ukrainian secret services keep making provocations against the Russian Federation.

On the 12th of September at six o’clock in the morning Ukrainian reconnaissance and subversion team kidnapped Russian soldier Barsukov Victor Nikolaevich from Chertkovo town in Rostov region and illegally transported to Melovoe town on Ukrainian territory. His brother Barsukov Nikolay Nikolaevich was also kidnapped.

Sergeant Viktor Barsukov served in Mulino town of Nizhniy Novgorod region. At the moment of kidnapping he was on short term leave at his parents’ place in Glubokoe village of Voronezh region. His brother and he moved to Chertkovo to visit their relatives/

Melovoe and Chertkovo are like two parts of the same town spitted in two parts by railway. On one side is Russian territory on the other side is Ukraine. Border here was always considered just as a matter of conditional character.

The majority of both towns dwellers are relatives and could move across border without formalities. This situation was used by Ukrainian commandos. Eyewitnesses told that those spies had lured both brothers into a trap and than forced them to move to Ukrainian territory.

This incident is another crude provocation organized by Ukrainian special services against the Russian Federation. This kidnapping is likely to be used by them as another «truthful proof» of Russian soldiers’ involvement in armed conflict in Donbass.
