Anoter Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrives in Donetsk and Luhansk Republics

A new relief aid convoy from Russia has arrived in the eastern Ukrainian cities of Donetsk and Luhansk, a source from the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situation’s National Crisis Management Centre has told Tass.

The 28th humanitarian convoy arriving from Russia’s Ukraine-bordering Rostov region has brought food, including macaroni products, vegetable oil, cereals as well as construction materials for restoration work and medicines in the young republica.

Thus far more than 1,000 tons of humanitarian aid has been delivered. From August 2014, Russian humanitarian convoys have delivered in Donbass more than 35,000 tons of aid.
