Slavyansk is living what has become a normal life today – a small city, in a chokehold by army forces, special force units and what they call National troops, is continuing the standoff. Ukrainian couselor- minister of internal affairs, Stanislav Rechinskiy, has officially announced 19 regions (oblast) of Ukraine a land of potential gunmen.
